More than just a cleaning service, we've grown over the years by referrals. Our niche is providing professional cleaning services to vacation rental properties and second homes. We thrive in the fast paced environment. We are able to accommodate peak times and almost effortlessly take care of last minute and emergency cleaning requests.
Vacation Rentals & Second Homes
We have found it most successful and profitable to our clients to provide 2 sets of sheets & towels (1 set is used to dress property while second set is being laundered or stored for next service) and fully stock a locking linen closet with guest supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags & any toiletries you wish to put out at each clean. We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Pricing
Fees are based on number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Email us for a free estimate. Our fee includes full professional linen service, inspection of property & communication upon completion of clean (with photos of any mishaps or damages if needed & status of supplies).
Spring & Fall Deep Cleans
In addition to peak time services we provide deep cleaning before and after rental season to make sure you are getting the most out of your property.
Full Deep Clean
- Carpet cleaning
- Dry cleaning of all bedding
- Laundering of mattress pads/towels.
- Inventory of linens/towels reporting any damages.
- Clean out and organize linen closet
- Organize kitchen/bathroom drawers & cabinets reporting any damages or items missing/needed.
Basic Deep Clean
- All above services minus dry cleaning, carpet cleaning, laundering all items and inventory
Residential Clean
We specialize in vacation rentals and second homes and no longer service private residences.
Move In/Out Clean
We can assist with move in and move out but MUST see your property prior to providing quote or service.
Gift Certificates
Want to help someone out and just don't know how? Cleaning People does!! Purchase gift certificate as a birthday, wedding, anniversary, get well or welcome new baby into the home gift, 'Honey, please forgive me,' make up gift and I'm tired of cleaning gift to yourself. No occasion too off the wall for us... Just let us know the size of home to be cleaned along with number of bedrooms and baths.
